
Stanley M. Karsman
Stanley M. Karsman has been admitted to the State Bar of Georgia since 1962, bringing nearly 50 years of legal experierence to serve his clients. Mr. Karsman's civil litigation experience primarily involves personal injury, automobile accidents, bodily injury cases and contract law. Mr. Karsman is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, American Trial Lawyers Association and American Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Karsman additionally has significant experience as a mediator.

Jeremy S. McKenzie
A native of Savannah, Jeremy graduated from Benedictine Military School in 1996. After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University Magna Cum Laude in 2002, he attended Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. While in law school, he not only was a member of the Mercer Law Review, but also was a member of the Moot Court Board. He placed second in the Ruby R. Vale Interschool Corporate Moot Court Competition hosted by Widener Law School, arguing before several members of the Delaware Supreme Court and Harvey Pitt, then chairman of the SEC. He went on to graduate from law school ranked in the top 15 % of his class. After law school he worked for two prominent Savannah law firms, Savage, Turner, Pinson & Karsman and the Tate Law Group, before going out on his own in 2010. He has tried numerous cases to verdict, achieving the highest jury verdict in Fayette County history in 2009.
R. Paul Hart
A 2002 cum laude graduate of University of Georgia School of Law, Paul is a licensed attorney in Alaska and Georgia. Paul has a B.S. chemistry, which assists in the technical analyses required in mass tort litigation. In Alaska, Paul worked with Bill Azar and obtained millions of dollars for clients via litigation and pre-litigation settlements. Paul spent several years working at Georgia Tech, where, among other things, he negotiated several hundred sponsored research agreements, focusing on intellectual property and export control issues. Paul has owned several limited liability companies focused on real estate management and web services, which provided experience in business formation and risk management practices. In addition to participation in pending wrongful death, mass tort and catastrophic injury litigation, Paul manages the firm operations.
Karl Zipperer
A native Savannahian, Karl received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech before pursuing his law degree at the Georgia State University College of Law. Since being admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2009, Karl has represented clients in civil and criminal matters in the Savannah area and throughout South Georgia. Karl currently practices primarily in civil litigation, and has experience litigating complex cases involving personal injury, product defects, insurance law, premises liability, and banking and finance.
